This is a state program which helps middle class families pay for the high cost of long term care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Currently the average cost of a Skilled Nursing Facility in California is $5,696/month.

May keep $35 for personal needs allowance. Remainder Goes to share of cost.	Minimum of $2,739 must go to Spouse at home.
