How we can help
While the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as Veterans’ Services Organizations, provide assistance with the pension application process it can be time consuming, complex and frustrating. We offer individualized consultative service that alleviates the difficulty in dealing with the bureaucratic system. First and foremost we ensure a qualifying case is in place before undertaking the filing of a claim, avoiding endless red tape, unnecessary delays or even worse, denial of benefits due to an inadvertent mistake or lack of familiarity with the rules. Our clients have a 100% approval rate and we guarantee you will get approved for the benefit.
Remember, it is forbidden to charge a veteran a fee for assisting with a claim. Our attorneys are accredited by the VA and understand VA regulations regarding the Aid and Attendance Pension benefit.
